The Number 8 and a Warning...

8

So 8 authors just visited 8 cities in 8 days. The Motiv8 Fantasy Fiction Tour. I was blessed to be one of them. And now, I get the news that Isle of Fire hit #8 on the CBA Young Adult Bestseller List. I'm really starting to like the number 8.

Now that the tour is finished, the 8 authors have covenanted to continue "Cross Promotion." In other words, we know that readers never have enough good books. And we also know that DoorWithin/Isle of Fire readers don't necessarily know about the books of the Bryan Davis, Donita K. Paul, Eric Reinhold, Sharon Hinck, Christopher Hopper, Jonathan Rogers, and L.B. Graham. And their readers don't necessarily know about my books. So we want to get the word out every way we can. To that end, Monday will begin the first Fantasy Fiction Blog Tour. Check out their websites each week to see who their blogging about. You will DEFINITELY find out some things about your favorite authors you never knew before. And, since my last name is first alphabetically, Monday begins my week.

And now, the Warning: As a part of the blog tour, my blog will be visited by a very dark presence. Be prepared.

PS: I'll also have an announcement for you some time later in the week.

That’s awesome that Isle of Fire hit #8 on the CBA Young Adult Bestseller List.

I love it that you all are going to do a Fantasy Fiction Blog Tour.

Are you doing ok? Your warning worries me. I’m a little slow when it comes to jokes, but if this isn’t a joke and you feel like a dark presence is coming. I will prepare myself and pray that God’s light will shine upon you, your family, your blog, and every heart that reads it. Stay strong in Christ and remember you’re never alone(:

Well, RPH, I always appreciate the prayers. But, while the warning is not a joke, it's not actually a threat to anyone either.

Never alone.

Ummm... Is Paragor coming? Or maybe the Merchant? Or Rucifel or Thorne? But they all died... I really don't want to see them again. That would be...most unpleasant. Quite creepy actually. Hmmm...

When are you updating treasure points and announcing the winner?

I'm excited...and a little freaked out. And confused. But this is going to be very cool, the blog tour that is.

The number eight is now one of my favorite numbers. LOL

While I'm on here, I have a question about the Glimpse/Mirror Realm thing. Which half decides to believe in Eliam?
If my name is Jane; my Glimpse is Jill; and neither of us believe in Elaim, does Jane have to believe for Jill to become a resident of Allebe, or can Jill believe and have Jane follow?
Also, why'd you choose the name "Eliam?" I was wondering because Bryan Davis has a character named "Elam" in Oracles of Fire.
