Hey, Tommy Nelson Publishing just sent me the final artwork for the Isle of Swords cover! I'm getting SO stoked! Let me know what you think. If you were browsing the aisles at a bookstore, would you notice this?

Extremely cool! It would arrest my attention, I would pull the book off the shelf flip it over and read the back. Then being futher hooked, I'd grin and tuck it under my arm and head for the check out, sure I'd just discovered another favorite tale. I love that feeling
There, I set it as my Xanga profile pick, I had the "The Final Storm" and now that one's up instead. LOL someone has to let the x-heads know what the next awesome read is ;)

And I reached into the bag and pulled out the very first Advance Reader Copy of Isle of Swords!! YESSSSS
You should see the cool pages and watermarks--very much like the Door Within quality--cool compass hiatus marks and pirate ships on every chapter page!

Oh, I would think that they would have seen it :-D It likely glowed, hovering over the ground, was surrouned with heavenly music. . .you know all the things that make it impossible to miss. . .
Better than it being incapsulated in the ice. LOL now that would be a way to torment any author, first copy of their new book in a ziplock bag, and that frozen in the center of a block of ice the size of their car.
oooo a nice shiny new copie of isle of swords my mouth is watering. The agony the pain i must not wait any longer. okay i exaggerated a bit but not much lol. I missed all the excitement because i was watching csi bummer lol, i am sooooooo envious thou hehehehehe now i sound deranged and creepy
Yay! So do we win points for guessing correctly? Or - well, I suppose I'll just be content with the fact that we now actually do know what it is. Who knows?! We may get copies of Isle of Swords for a prize for the contests - so I'm okay with that.
I'm just glad you get to look at the finished product of your labor, Mr. B. Congratulations! You've earned this moment.
I just asked my mom, who works at Borders, if she would have them put the books on a table in the middle of the floor like you were all talking about:-D I don't know if she has the power to do that though;-)Hehe.
Anyway, great cover! The colors are very nice. And it would deffinately draw my attention in the book store!
If that ever happens, I'll have her take a picture of it:-) It's very possible too, I always see their featured books out on big tables...I don't know about the sign though;-)
