So many mysteries...so little time. Christopher Hopper and I have just opened the doors to our new Berinfell Prophecies forum. It's called The Underground.

There you'll find information about the first book in the series: Curse of the Spider King, due out in October.

Click over and sign up. Very soon, the first clue will appear…and things will get very interesting.

Heh, heh, heh.

Wow. If my library doesn't buy Curse of the Spider King in October, I'm gonna sue them! Not really, I don't know how to sue. Not that I would sue even if I did know how, but I do hope they buy it.)

  13. Anon, every Library should get Curse of the Spider King. Just go tell your librarian that this book has librarians as HEROES. That should stoke them up.

  15. Haha! Awesome solution to persuading librarians, Mr. Batson! Elven sentinels do have extensive training in lorecraft!

  18. Interesting. ;) In my tale the librarians are the villains. Huh, maybe I want to rethink that selling point?

Clues? Good. Makes hand outs more interesting. ;-D

I'll make sure to do that. Still, I've been waiting almost 6 months for the other book I requested to get here. If it takes that long for Curse of the Spider King I'll have a boring 6 months.

Mr Batson, this is a random place to bring this up, but I was wondering... would you make a post inviting us wannabe authors to submit pieces of our writing for one another (and, hopefully, you) to read and critique? Something like when you run a writing contest... only minus the competition. Of course, I understand completely if you don't want to do this... it's just a thought.
