New Fan Art, Part 2

Take a closer look. You may think you are looking at the endsheets for my Door Within books. But actually, these were hand drawn by a 13-year-old reader named Marissa. Righteous work, wouldn't you say?

Never alone.

And in other news, it's OFFICIAL: Isle of Fire will be released in August of this year. Check back to this site often. I will be posting some sample chapters and/or scenes from Isle of Fire in the next couple of weeks.

Oh...and I haven't forgotten about the Suspense Techniques contest. I'm just trying to pace myself. ;-)

  2. Wow! That's really good! Bravo!

By the way, at www.thequizzery.com I created a quiz that tells you what character from The Door Within you are! If anyone wants to try it go to the site, look in literature, and it's called "Who U Are in The Door Within". I know. Very creative name.

  7. You have some seriously talented fans there, Sir Wayne.

One of the young ladies in our youth group, Miss Emily Fahey, painted me a 2'x 2' mural of Dionia that would make any professional graphic artist. It was a birthday present last year that now hangs prestigiously in my office. So I know how precious these sorts of pieces are. One of a kind...

Wow. I can't appreciate art as much as some people do, since it is not high on my own list of interests, but those are absolutely amazing. They shame any map that I have seen drawn in books. I guess all the fan art helps to inspire and spark an author, huh?

Oh, and Flinn, I am and will be praying for you.
